Additional information regarding the COVID-19-pandemic: Based on the actual situation concerning the COVID-19 pandemic the International Youth Camp Kapuzinerhölzl THE TENT, In den Kirschen 30, 80992 München, is entitled to withdraw from the Booking reservation in such cases as:

force majeure or other circumstances for which the Hostel is not responsible which make the fulfilment of the guest night impossible (for instance a pandemic)
official requirements and orders

The legitimate withdrawal of the Hostel shall not give the Customer grounds to claim compensation for damages.

Terms Of Cancellation

This reservation is binding from the moment of our confirmation. You can cancel for free up to one day before the arrival day. In case of a no-show or a cancellation on the arrival day we will charge you 100% of the total price.

This reservation is binding from the moment of our confirmation. If you cancel this reservation within 21 days before the arrival date, we will charge you 50% of the total price. In case of a no-show or a cancellation within 7 days before the arrival data, we will charge you 100% of the total price.

This reservation is binding from the moment of our confirmation. You can cancel for free until 31.Aug 2023. In case of a no-show or a cancellation after 31.Aug 2023 we will charge you 100% of the total price.
